Stop Munching for Weight Loss

Weight loss for women is a particular challenge when you eat without thinking all day. 
Women with children at home without thinking lick peanut butter knife to make a sandwich . They nibble on the remains of their children are not wasted. They take a little taste, as they make dinner.

I know you're trying not to believe , but those calories add up. Each account nibble . You 'd be surprised how many calories are consumed when you start to really count .

For women who work at home , cravings can be a form of procrastination. You do not want to make that phone call , you are stuck in a difficult problem. So what do you do? You walk into the kitchen for a snack.

You may not even be aware of a snack . But once you start eating , you realize that the textures , tastes and smells make you aware of the present moment is very similar to meditation. The problem is that when you realize how much you have eaten , the blame is put on and start kicking yourself .

You may decide that the next time you want a snack , you go do something else instead. You can even go so far as to make a list of things you can do. Maybe you decide you are going for a walk, read a book or choose celery instead. The problem is that when you reach for a snack , you forgot all about these decisions. All plans to exit the window without even giving them a chance.

"I will not! " Said the little voice in your head. That 's when the problems start . That little voice is your subconscious holds all the beliefs that you have food . It is likely that you said, "You 'll feel better if you eat this cupcake . "

The key to changing your habits of chewing is to reprogram your subconscious mind through a simple process of self -hypnosis. When your subconscious mind is the belief that " I do not eat when I'm hungry ," you do not have to try to remember to try one of the alternatives without eating. Instead , you simply register with your belly to see if you're hungry. If yes, then you choose to eat .
