Collagen and aging

Collagen, Aging and collagen, structures weaken, Collagen and women a skin, chocolate
Collagen is a protein consisting of amino acids, which are in turn constructed of carbon, oxygen and hydrogen.Collagen represents approximately 30% of the proteins in the body. They are hard and strong structures found throughout the body: the bones, tendons and ligaments.

In nature, the collagen is found exclusively in animals, especially in the flesh and connective tissues of mammals. Collagen is a connective tissue portion of the skin that contributes to the strength, flexibility and constant renewal of skin cells. Collagen is essential for skin elasticity.

Collagen is the major component of connective tissue, and is the most abundant protein in mammals.
What does collagen do?
Collagen helps give strength to the different structures of the body and also protects structures such as the skin by preventing the

absorption and diffusion of pathogens, environmental toxins, micro - organisms and cancer cells. Protein collagen is the glue that holds everything together.

Collagen is also present in all smooth muscle tissue of the digestive tract, blood vessels, heart, gallbladder, kidneys and bladder containing the cells and tissues together. Collagen is even the main component of hair and nails.

With age, collagen production slows and cell structures weaken. The skin becomes thinner and more easily damaged, the hair, the skin becomes lifeless sags and wrinkles, tendons and ligaments become less elastic, joints, etc. get rigid
Collagen gives the women a skin very smooth texture and elasticity. There are other factors than age that can retard collagen production: smoking and sun exposure are the worst culprits. Since collagen is too dense to be absorbed into the skin in creams unless it undergoes extensive chemical restructuring,

chocolate can be incorporated into every meal and snack you eat,soy milk with your breakfast, a large salad and avocado, and omega 3.
